Dr. Gustavo Sida was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. His passion for dentistry began right out of High School, working as a dental assistant while attending college. He attended Arizona State University, transferring his junior year to Grand Canyon University where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology w/emphasis in Pre-Medicine. Dr. Sida graduated in 2018 from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ.

Dr. Sida lives in Las Cruces, NM, with his wife and two boys. On his time off, Dr. Sida likes golfing, playing tennis, horseback riding, hiking, playing the drums, and skiing. He also enjoys watching his son play golf and baseball.

As a dental provider, his goal is to provide high quality dental care and education to all of his patients, all while providing them the best experience and reducing/relieving dental anxiety.

Dr. Sida strives to maintain up to date with the latest techniques and materials in dentistry by making it a goal to take 20-30 hours of Continued Education a year. Dr. Sida is an active member of the ADA, AGD, TDA, AzDA, and NMDA.

Dr. Abiq Khan joined us in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and a diverse background to our practice. He kicked off his journey in the world of science with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, adding a minor in chemistry and a focus on genetics in 2010. Not stopping there, Dr. Khan pursued a master’s in biological sciences at California State University East Bay and the University of California, San Francisco, where he explored the intricacies of craniofacial development and cellular mesenchymal biology, finishing his thesis in 2015. His passion for dentistry led him to the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, where he graduated in 2019, and he further honed his skills by getting certified in moderate level sedation from the Academy of Dental and Medical Anesthesia (ADMA) in 2024.

Dr. Khan is an active member of several prestigious dental organizations, including the American Dental Association®, Academy of General Dentistry and Texas Dental Association. He is also involved with the Spear Study Club and Seattle Study Club, where he stays on top of the latest in dental care. His mission? To ensure every patient experiences top-notch, ethical care in a comfortable and timely manner.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Khan is just as dynamic. Married with three kids, he loves spending quality time with his family, traveling, watching movies and dining out. His impressive resume also includes being a 4th-degree black belt, a martial arts sensei, a former tutoring company owner and an Officer in the United States Army.

Dr. Ire Ju graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and joined the Texas Kids Dental team in 2025. She has received advanced training in oral sedation, and loves being able to care for the little ones and become part of their dental journey!

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ju enjoys spending her time with family and friends, and exploring new places around the world.
